This Summer

During the Summer months, your delivery may experience some delay due to the weather. We'll keep an eye out for temperature closer to the delivery date to ensure the chocolate arrives safely on your doorstep. 

Online Orders

Here is a list of the most frequently asked questions about our online orders. Feel free to drop us a line we're here for you!

Once you have completed you purchase, you will receive an email with your order details. If you have completed the payment of your order but the confirmation email is still missing, please contact us here.

We are here for you. Changes to your order can be made if the request is received before the items have been packed. Just send us an email and we will be happy to help.

Returns

URKU is happy to offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you have tried our products, but still don’t feel happy with the experience, don’t hesitate and contact us.

Complaints must be submitted via email to hello@urku.com.au. Requests will only be considered within a 48 hour window after you have received your order. Our Staff will go over your request and layout a pathway to address it in a timely manner.

Once approved, refunds will take 5-7 days to be processed. Please be reminded that refunds will be granted at our discretion.

Tasting Sessions

As chocolate lovers, we work around the clock to give the best expressions of cacao. We host various chocolate tasting events around melbourne all year round.

Tasting Sessions get filled quite fast, to join us make sure to save your spot via our website.

We do offer private tasting for groups no more than 15 people. For especial requests and further details call us on 0478-528-758 or drop us a line at hello@urku.com.au

Furniture Delivery Policy

On the product page for each furniture item, you will see a dispatch estimate e.g. '2 to 3 weeks'. Dispatch is when the item(s) are collected by our delivery partner. From dispatch, depending on where you are located, the transit times may vary. Below you will find more information on the delivery process and how long after dispatch you should expect delivery.

Although we do our best to deliver our products as soon as possible; Depending on the size and weight of the furniture item you're buying and your location, you may have different delivery options to choose from. In order to view all delivery options available for your location and the delivery fees, please place the desired items in your cart and enter your state and postcode. 

Furniture's Delivery service

Based on your delivery address and the size and weight of your order, we will choose the best courier team for your delivery when your order is ready for dispatch.
